Soundcloud.com Adds New Social Networking Integration

Soundcloud.com has added a new feature that enables users to publish Soundcloud event to MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter profiles. Events can trigger status updates based on track upload, creating a playlist, or favoriting a new track.

Soundcloud.com operates as the middle-man for music file sharing. The main component is a music dashboard that allows users to upload and play tracks and provide comments before sending them to other profiles. Other enhancements include a fully-brandable widget enabling websites to display a “Send Me Music” button. The following file formats are fully supported: AIFF, WAVE, FLAC, OGG, MP3, AAC files.
